Technician with 35 years of experience. He has 31 years of experience
as a mechanical contractor in the development and construction of
primary industrial, commercial and residential projects. Also, as a
consultant has worked for general contracting companies, industrial
plants, hotels, shopping center developers, residential and small
service companies
JESUS CRUZ-General Field Supervisor
An expert in all phases of mechanical works including controls. He is a
graduated and licensed Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician
with 37 years of experience in the industry. Give technical support to
projects personnel. Supervise personnel and coordinate service calls.
FRANCISCO T. CRUZ - P.E.-Project Engineer
Mechanical Engineer - Project Supervisor, Estimating & Planning. Eight
years of experience in the construction field, worked as a Project
Inspector for consulting engineers. He also has experience designing,
Plan Drawings and Schematics Programs including Estimating Programs.
JOSE CARLOS GOMEZ-Project Manager
Field Mechanical Supervisor with more than 8 years of experience in
projects coordination and supervision. Excellent organization skills.
Also is an experience draftsman with over 22 years in shop drawings,
mechanical designing and as-build plans.
SAMUEL MORALES RIVERA-Supervisor
Project & Office Support of estimating programs and show drawing,
also coursing studies in Mechanical Engineering at Polytechnic
University of Puerto Rico.
JOSE ALFREDO TORRES-Mechanical Estimator
Associate Degree in Engineering of Refrigeration & A/C
with over 11 years of experience on Show Drawing, Mechanical
designing and as build plans. Also with experience as Mechanical
Estimator
BASILIO DIAZ-Electrical Estimator
Graduated in Electrical Engineering. With experience in Design,
Underground Works, Generators, Sub-station, Auto Cad Drawing &
Electrical Estimating Programs. He supervises and gives support to
project personnel.
CARLOS J RIVERA-Foreman
Graduated in Refrigeration Technician and Electrician expert,
he has both valid licences and over 16 year of experience.
He gives support to Project supervisors
CARLOS WEBER-- Field Electrical Supervisor
Engineering in Training, Graduated in Electrical Engineering, Specialization in Power Engineering at UPR Mayaguez, Member of CIAPR, With over 5 years of experience.

LUZ H. RIVERA-Vice President and Senior Account Executive
Account payable for suppliers and subcontractors. Coordinates and
makes decisions for the company. Assist the President in all
operations and administrative matters. Insurance policy and
certifications for projects and subcontractors.
NORIS RIVERA-Treasurer and Director of Human Resources
Human Resources and Account Executive. BBA Major in
Accounting. Over 19 years of experience in all related with Human
Resources employee and payroll system. Also in account receivable
with clients, service department and contractors. Follow up on
percentage of projects.
YANEISY RIVAS AGUILA, CPA-Comptroller
Certified Public Accountant, Member of CCPA of Puerto Rico.
Graduated Magna Cum lauder of UPR of Bayamón, BBA Mayor in
Accounting with over 12 years of experience.
IVELISSE MORALES-Department Support
Works in conjunction with all the departments as support.
Coordinates incoming calls resolving any situation, which can apply
on her regular task. Coursing studies in Business Administration
with a major in accounting at Inter American Unviersity
WANDA GALLARDO-Administrative Assistant
Over 20 years of experience in all administrative areas working with
different departments from small to big projects. Coordinates
projects, assists and supports in important meetings with the
president and his staff. Gives support to the projects supervisors
and has complete knowledge of everything regarding bids,
purchase order and estimates.
